Career Services hosts on-campus and virtual events, collaborates with your faculty and advisors, and can meet with you one-on-one and in groups. We’re here to encourage your career readiness as you explore majors and career opportunities, search for internships and employment, prepare for graduate/professional school or the workplace, and more.

Connect with our Career Team when you need help or support during your time in CEHD and for up to two years after graduation. Make an appointment, attend a drop-in session and come to our events to update your resume, prepare for interviews, or talk through your decisions and career ideas.
- Appointments: One-on-one meetings are up to 60 minutes offered in person or virtually (Zoom) Monday-Friday year round. Schedule a one-hour appointment with a career coach. We accept next-day appointments. You can also call 612-625-3339 to make an appointment.
- Drop-In Sessions: 15-minute, virtual (Zoom) chats with members of our Career Team. You can meet virtual (Zoom) or in the CEHD Career Services office on the East Bank campus. Log in or stop by Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons anytime from 11 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. Current CEHD students and recent graduates can click on the virtual advising link during drop-in times.
- Events: In-person and virtual (Zoom) career fairs, networking opportunities, workshops and more geared toward career-readiness topics such as resume writing, job searching, and navigating identity in the workplace. Our events are available for CEHD students and alumni. Events are held throughout the academic year, sometimes in the evening and on weekends.
Location
We are serving students/alumni virtually and on campus. In-person appointments are held in CEHD Student Services.
